Policies
Please review these policies before booking. A signed rental agreement reflecting these terms is required for all event hall bookings
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date. Your date is not confirmed or held until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due [14 days] before your event.
Refundable Security Deposit
A separate $250 refundable security deposit is required and returned within [7 days] after your event, provided the space is left undamaged and cleaned according to these guidelines.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made [30 or more days] before the event may reschedule one time within [6 months], subject to availability. Cancellations within [14 days] of the event forfeit all payments made. We recommend event insurance for larger bookings.
Event Hours & Overtime
Your rental period includes all setup, event time, and cleanup. All activity must conclude and the space must be fully vacated by your booked end time (midnight for full-day rentals). Time beyond your booked window is billed at $[175]/hour and deducted from your security deposit.
Setup & Cleanup
Guests are responsible for removing all décor, trash, and personal items and leaving the space in the condition it was found. All trash must be placed in designated bins. Any decorations requiring nails, staples, wall tape, or open flame must be approved in advance.
Capacity
Maximum capacity is [80 seated / 120 standing]. For safety and insurance reasons, this limit cannot be exceeded.
Alcohol & Conduct
[Insert your alcohol policy — for example: "Alcohol is permitted with a licensed, insured bartender approved by Royal Event Center. No underage drinking is permitted. Management reserves the right to end any event due to unsafe or disruptive conduct without refund."]
Damages & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the property, fixtures, or equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the renter. Royal Event Center is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Not Permitted
Smoking indoors, [confetti/glitter,] and any illegal activity. Failure to follow these terms may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate end of the event.
